How it works
Five steps. From stock list to settlement.
One specialist owns your account from the list landing to the bank transfer. No handoffs, no surprises, no chip on collection.
- 01
Submit your stock list
CSV / XLSX / PDF or paste it. Sector, sizes, sites, timeline.
Stock-list columns we need: reg, make / model / trim, mileage, current location, licensed status (if applicable). Everything else (VIN, V5C reference, MOT expiry, finance lender, condition notes) helps refine the offer band but isn't blocking. We can also work from a fleet management system export (FleetCheck, Jaama Key2, Fleetio) if that's easier than a custom CSV.
- 02
We respond in 2 hours
A specialist responds, by phone, with a written firm offer for your whole book.
The 2-hour clock starts when we acknowledge receipt of your stock list during working hours (08:30 to 18:00 Mon to Fri). The specialist who responds is the same person who'll handle the deal through to collection. Each line item gets a per-vehicle figure plus a single book-level number; the per-vehicle breakdown lets you audit the offer rather than seeing a single aggregate. The firm offer holds for 72 hours.
- 03
We agree the schedule
Multi-site dates that work around your operations. Free transport.
Multi-site collections are sequenced by region with each site treated as a separate manifest. Typical pace is 8 to 15 vehicles per transporter day depending on site loading conditions. We work around operational windows (overnight depot access, weekend-only collection, no-presence drop-off via locked compound) and provide signed delivery notes for each vehicle leaving the site.
- 04
We collect and pay
Bank transfer per vehicle on collection. Consolidated remittance per region.
Per-vehicle bank transfer triggers as each unit is loaded onto the transporter and the V5C / keys are signed across. Faster Payment typically clears within 60 minutes; CHAPS available on request for amounts above £100k single-day. The regional consolidated remittance arrives the next working day with per-vehicle line items reconciled against the original stock list.
- 05
VAT-compliant paperwork
Per-vehicle settlement statements, monthly summary, annual report on request.
Per-vehicle settlement statements detail VAT treatment (Margin Scheme for qualifying vehicles, standard VAT for non-qualifying). Monthly summary aggregates the period's deals into a single fleet-management ledger entry. Annual reports on request break down the disposal pipeline by vehicle class, sector, and average days-to-collect, useful for board reporting and end-of-year fleet rationalisation reviews.

Written offer within 2 hours
A leasing company finishing a contract cycle needed to clear a mixed-age book across several depots without flooding the wholesale market or triggering broker fees on every vehicle.
The stock list came in, and a single written firm offer for the whole book went back the same way. Multi-site collections were sequenced to avoid disrupting day-to-day operations at each depot.
Settlement came in above the leasing company's usual disposal baseline, with no remarketing costs and one payment per vehicle on its collection date rather than a staggered payment run.

Written offer within 2 hours
An NHS Trust replacing its visitor and admin pool needed a clean, audit-friendly disposal: one quote, one invoice, one bank transfer, with no broker sitting in the chain.
VAT-compliant per-vehicle paperwork was provided upfront, and collections were scheduled around existing patient-transport commitments across the Trust's sites.
Buying as the vehicles' registered buyer, rather than acting as a broker, satisfied procurement and finance without needing an external broker or a three-quote tender process.

Multi-yard LCV fleet
Turnaround
Written offer within 2 hours
A national utility refreshing its van and minibus fleet had a run of regional yards to clear on a hard timeline before replacement vehicles arrived. Any overlap with incoming deliveries would have blocked the yards.
A centralised stock list went in, and a firm written offer for the whole fleet came back quickly. Collections were planned regionally to land just ahead of each yard's new-vehicle delivery date.
Every yard was cleared with no operational overlap, and each region received a single consolidated remittance rather than a payment per vehicle.

Turnaround
Written offer within 2 hours
A corporate fleet manager moving from petrol pool cars to a salary-sacrifice EV scheme needed to disperse the outgoing fleet cleanly, with no employee handling and no disruption to the incoming rollout.
Collections ran from the corporate sites on agreed dates, with keys and V5Cs returned to the head-office logistics partner and paperwork consolidated for the fleet finance team.
Final settlement landed above CAP Clean trade value, reflecting the fleet's documented service history and retail routing of the highest-spec vehicles, with zero admin fees deducted.
